Rachel Sweet

Rachel is a West Country lass through & through, born in Taunton, grew up at the foot of the Quantocks and moved to Bath 8 years ago. Her heart is torn between countryside and city. Rachel’s background is in business development, event management, marketing & sales. In her madness, she diverted her attention from the corporate world and bought a horse box bar.  Whilst sourcing local suppliers, the ideas and vision came and Sweet Drinks Ltd was born.

Rachel mostly enjoys gin, rum & red wine, although is partial to a cider or two.

Becky grew up in Wiltshire but moved to Somerset in 2004. She works as a freelance Business Manager and PA/VA, supporting small businesses with administration tasks, marketing, sales and events. Becky is Mum to twin boys who keep her on her toes but that all helps to make her a multitasker, always on the go!  Becky loves to explore the local countryside with a love of the Quantock Hills and surrounding area, although the beach also draws her in. Somerset is definitely home. Becky’s favourite drinks are cocktails.

Jayne a Somerset girl at heart, although currently based in Wiltshire as her husband is in the forces.  She has been working with us at events, showcasing and selling drinks.  Jayne is a natural with the customers, loves having a bit of banter and getting people to try new drinks. Jayne is currently training for the moon walk (marathon), she loves camping and climbing.  Jayne enjoys doing events and tasting parties, she is a gin lover, her home collection currently stands at 57 bottles, not just for the gin contents but the bottles too.

Carolyn moved to Bath just over a year ago. Carolyn has been part of our events team and focuses her time on promoting and selling West Country Drinks to the trade, including many cafes and restaurants in Central Bath. Trying local drinks is so important to many customers visiting this area and Carolyn love’s the fact there’s always such a personal story behind each of our makers which makes us so unique. Most of Carolyn’s career has been spent in sales and the last 6 years as Sales & Marketing Director in the hotel/hospitality trade.  Carolyn does love a cocktail or gin liqueur.

Pascale is from the Rhône Valley, has been living in Bath for 30 years. Pascale is also a Blue Badge Tour Guide in Bath, so she knows this beautiful city very well. Pascale is fantastic with people, and of course, her gorgeous French accent, well we could listen to that all day.  Pascale loves the West Country, so much so, she could not leave it. She is raring to go to do events to showcase & sell West Country Drinks. Pascale’s favourite drinks are gin & red wine.
