Dimpsey is Old Somerset for the light before dusk - the time in the evening when the kids are in bed and the men tinker in the Still Shed. It’s also the perfect time to drink our gin!
Still Shed Distillery is the brainchild of youngest and eldest brothers of 5, Tommy and Jon. Discerning drinkers and general appreciators of all things craft, the idea to open a nano distillery came after one or more bottles of natural wine from Sicily.
Taking inspiration from our beautiful county of Somerset and distillery surroundings, expect quirky names and delectable flavour combinations!
Honing our craft with a traditional London Dry, our Original gin is our first and currently most awarded member of the family.
